The soul’s deepest desire in the silence of the night when the world is hushed would be to rest within the arms of a beloved. The gratification of feeling comforted and protected refreshes our bodies and souls in the hours of rejuvenation. The love of God within the soul seeks to share this passion with a lover who loves God profoundly. Our desire to be one with God closes the distance between our desire of oneing with each other. In this sacred space of emotional and physical union, God is present. LOVE unites us. Two whole beings made one and three love made perfect by oneing.
